Inspiration to make change finds us in unique ways. Our on-line & in-person events will provide an opportunity for you to explore your individual wellness needs through outdoor activities & various workshops in self-care, mindful nutrition & plant-based cooking.
We’ll meet at the Long Pond boat ramp before we walk off the week in the beautiful Wildlands Trust trails.
When we return from our 2-ish mile hike, we’ll share a wellness tip or a delicious plant based recipe from one of our seasonal menus that you can take with you.

The guided walks are FREE. Bring a good pair of hiking shoes/sneakers, water & a mask!
